CURRICULUM VITAE
Alessandro Graziani begins to study piano to the age of 6 years, he subsequently discovers the classic percussions and the drums at 12 years old in the Communal Music School of Orvieto, under the guide of teachers Giuseppe Galluzzi and Fulvio Maras.
Parallel he studies song and medioeval music interpretation , he continues to study piano and it attends a course of band direction from master Carl Pirola of the conservatory of Milan
In the years 2000-2002 he studies Latin percussions with master Peppe Stefanelli, learning technical on Congas, Bongò, etcc…
In 2003 he participates and gain the second place in the international competition of Composition and the Execution for Percussion and Drums, Drums Open Competition (DOC), playing a solo for drum and sequencer MIDI that he wrote and a solo of Max Roach modified for the occasion.
In 2004 he achieves the licence of Teoria and Solfeggio at the Conservatory “L.Boccherini” of Lucca.
In the years 2002-2004 he achieves, with the maximum vote, the licence in Jazz music at the Academy “SIENA JAZZ”, studying with Ettore Bonafé, Alessio Riccio, Mariano di Nunzio, Roberto Nannetti, Marcello Faneschi and Klauss Lessman.
From 2004 he studies at Rome in the DRUM STUDIO of Ettore Mancini
He has participated to several Stage and Drums Clinic with: Claudio Mastracci, Simon Phillips and Andrea Polinelli.
From June 2007 he is the new drummer of italian artist Amalia Grè (www.amaliagre.it ) He played on Tour, Festival and share the stage with: Nada, Quintorigo, Daniele Sepe, Mario Biondi, Dolcenera.
From 2000 he begins the collaboration with the band “Psycho & lo psicologo della strada ” (www.psicologodellastrada.it) which he record the disc “GUSTA GUSTA ” published in 2005.
Moreover he play with the PETRAMANTE (www.petramante.too.it) with he has played to several musical reviews and Festival which he record the disc “E' per Magiarti meglio” published in 2009 (MarteLabel/X Beat production).
He has collaborated with several sinfonic and operistic orchestras,for example, the Orchestra of Spazio Musica, Orchestra of Orvieto direct by Nello Catarcia and the Orchestra “Nuova Amadeus” of Rome, playing som eOpera and famous music like: Suor Angelica, Il barbiere di Siviglia, Il telefono, Madame Butterfly, Zanetto, Il Campanello dello speziale, Rigoletto, Il “Guglielmo Tell”, Le nozze di Figaro, Overture ed arie tratte da Aida, Nabucco, Trovatore and so much more.
Moreover, he has participated to the realization of various teatral shows in Italy, like “Jesus Christ Superstar”, the “Carmen Negra” of Bizet review in key rock, “Laude in Urbis”, “Joseph and Amazing Technicolor Dreamcot”, "Rhapsody in Blue" of Gershwin and he has recorded some sound-track for the film “La provinciale “product from the Tevere Film for the italian television RAI 1

From 2004 he is the Drum Teacher of music school “Lo Spartito” at Fabro (Italy, TR).
From 2007 he is the Drum Teacher of music school “G. Puccini” at Montalcino (Italy, SI).
